BSmart this Easter!

This Easter make the most of your BSmart card at a host of venues in and around Bolton.  From Dance Mats to Mad Splash Swim Sessions, Aerobics, MC-ing, Ski-ing at Chill Factor or a trip to the movies at Cineworld and much more, its there for you.

As a starter why not check out some of the venues and activities listed below.

There’s bound to be a  Bolton community leisure centre close at hand, whether you live in Farnworth, Harper Green, Horwich, Kearsley, Ladybridge, Little Lever,  Sharples, Turton, Westhoughton, Withins or near Leverhulme Park.  From just £1 Easter activities include Dance Mats, Racquet or Multi-Activity Sports, plus Mad Splash Fun Swim or Junior Gym Sessions.  Want to keep fit for a year? – then maybe a years Junior Gym membership for £70, junior sports coaching sessions from £36 or a 10 week swimming course for £44  may be just right for you.  You can also pay with money on your card for up to three friends or get a 10% discount when you book a birthday party.

Coming into Bolton Town Centre?

Why not join in the Easter Egg-Stravaganza programme at Bolton Lads and Girls Club.  From just £4 for the day (£2 half day) try your hand at Climbing, Badminton, Tag Rugby, Spinning, MC-ing, Arts and Crafts to name but a few. The club is open weekdays daily (except Good Friday and Easter Monday) from 8am to 6pm, but places are limited.  Book now on 01204 540100.

Close by Bolton Excel offers Gym, Squash, Badminton and Table Tennis as part of its Easter Junior Fitness Programme on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays for just £2.20 a session or drop in at Zacs Bar on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 4pm to 6pm where you can play Pool, Play Station, Xbox and Wii plus crafts and other activities. There’s also a special Zacs Bar night on Friday 17th April from 7pm to 10 pm.

Have you been to Bolton Arena?  

See the Speed Track Demonstration with great prizes to be won or their popular day long or weekcamps can offer the chance to try out something new with prices from £17.80 for a day which includes team games of “Challenge the Coaches” Dodgeball, Volleyball and Basket Ball.  Trips out to Hollywood Bowl or Swimming.  And many more on site activities including Trampolining, Gymnastics, Marshall Arts and Athletics are just of few of the exciting things happening at the Bolton Arena. 

Bolton Indians Sports Centre’s Playscheme activities include Cheerleading, Kwick Cricket, Netball, Badminton, Fun & Games, Uni–Hockey, Rounders, Dodgeball and Handball.  The activities are running from Monday 6th April 09 to 17th April 09 at only £8 per day from 10am to 3pm but extended hours are available from 8.30am to 10am at £1.50 and 3pm to 5pm at £1.50 .  You will need to take a packed lunch, plenty of water and make sure you are wearing the appropriate clothing and footwear for the activities you choose to do.  Please note that Friday 10th April and Monday 13th April will be closed due to Easter Bank Holidays.

Don’t forget to also check out what’s on at Bolton YMCA, Castlehill Young Peoples Centre, Phoenix Arts and other BSmart venues too, either to just chill out with your friends or do something different to make the most of the Easter break.

Finally, opportunities to buy vouchers for Bolton Wanderers, Cineworld and the Chill Factor are continuing to be very popular.  With Bowling and Theatre vouchers (valid for the Palace Theatre (‘We will Rock You’ now on till June’) and The Opera House in Manchester, as well as  Bolton Octagon  and The Albert Halls ) are also set to be available too.  Call into the One Stop Shop in Bolton Town Hall on Thursday 9th April and Thursday 16th April between 2pm and 5pm to pick yours up.
